Celebrating Marc Secara’s Berlin Jazz Orchestra’s 20th Anniversary, GAM is proud to release their brand-new 11-piece opus: Songs of Berlin!

This new big band tour de force, arranged and conducted by U.S. top arranger Jack Cooper, and performed in English and in German by one of Germany’s most acclaimed male jazz vocalists: Marc Secara.

The repertoire features a wide array of song styles, from Kurt Weill classics, to pop anthems by icons like Lou Reed, David Bowie and Pink Floyd. Cooper’s arrangements are top-notch and the BJO and its soloists, joined by U.S. legendary trombone master Jiggs Whigham bring out all of their depth and flavor.
